Typical clearing jobs

- Fence lines grown over with hedge apple, cedar and brush
- Eastern red cedar thickets taking over pasture
- Clearing around barns, shops and outbuildings
- Opening up wooded backyards for a view or a garden
Selective, not scorched earth
Before we start, we walk the property with you and flag the trees to save. A mature white oak or black walnut near a new house site adds real value and shade. Protecting its root zone during construction keeps it alive.
What happens to the wood
Hardwood can be cut to firewood length and stacked. Cedar and brush are chipped or piled for you to burn where allowed. Stumps can be ground out where you plan to build or mow.
